Una crítica sobre la actual reforma educativa en EU y su relación con los mitos innovadores de la tecnología educativa
Pasa por la prueba de ácido como se dice, la actual reforma educativa en EU, donde se pone en tela de juicio de acuerdo al reciente artículo de Wesley A. Freyer, un experto en temas de tecnología educativa el cual indica una serie de mitos en torno a la supuesta innovación de las tecnologías utilizadas en las escuelas, especialmente en el estado de Iowa, que de acuerdo a datos recabados de un estudio apuntan con malos presagios sobre la supuesta efectividad y calidad en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, esto también se debe a los altos costos que implica equipar y dotar con las TIC a las escuelas, si no se obtienen los resultados esperados, entonces a quíen hay que echarle la culpa, a las empresas que venden computadoras y software, a los maestros, a los programas de estudios, al sistema educativo en general, polémica que parece no solo es cosa de países pobres, también los países más desarrollados tienen el mismo síntoma de catarro.
